Type of data processed

  1. Navigation data In general, it is possible to navigate the site without providing any personal data. The site is divided into distinct sections, some of which may require the entry of data, while others do not require it. The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data which are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that could, by their nature, through associations and processing with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users/visitors (e.g., IP address, domain names of the computers used by users/visitors who connect to the site, etc.). This data is used mainly for statistical information and to check the correct functioning of the site. Web contact data is not stored after processing, except for any investigations of cybercrimes against the site. No data derived from the web service will be communicated or disseminated.

What cookies do we use?
The cookies we use allow us to recognize each recurring visitor and their most relevant information to avoid them having to re-enter the same data more than once. For more details regarding cookies, please refer to the specific section.

  1. Data voluntarily provided by users/visitors If users/visitors, by connecting to this site, send their personal data to access certain services or to make requests via email, this involves the acquisition by Endow of the sender’s address and/or any other personal data that will be processed exclusively to respond to the request or to provide the service. The personal data provided by users/visitors will only be communicated to third parties if the communication is necessary to comply with the requests of the users/visitors themselves.

Purposes of processing
Endow may process personal data for the following purposes:
For the purposes mentioned above, the consent of the Data Subject is not necessary.

Processing methods
The processing is carried out through electronic and/or manual procedures (e.g., on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected and, in any case, in compliance with current regulatory provisions. Technical data is stored in the company’s infrastructures that guarantee all security measures provided by the European Regulation and subsequent provisions.

Voluntary nature of data provision
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data. Their non-provision may solely result in the impossibility of obtaining what is requested.

Users are informed that some pages of this site use so-called “technical” or session cookies in order to personalize the service offered, recognizing the User in case of subsequent visits to the site (if consent has been provided, for example, following opt-in requests). Profiling cookies or those for the transmission of personal information are not used. If a User prefers not to receive cookies, they can set their browser to warn of the presence of a cookie and then decide whether to accept it or not. They can also automatically refuse all cookies by activating the appropriate option in the browser. If a User decides not to accept cookies, they may occasionally encounter problems in using some pages of this site. More details are available in the specific Cookies notice on the site.

For technical-practical needs related to the processing of information, some personal data may be located on the servers of suppliers and subcontractors or only processed by third parties, who have fully adhered to the fabbricadigitale standards for the protection of personal data processing.
